Cadiz/Trigg County Tourism attended the 2008 Southern
Womens Show in Nashville, TN. We met several people who
visit our area and were glad to see us at the show. The
travel area booths this year were down in numbers. We
were competing with Texas, Alabama, Myrtle Beach,
Alabama Beaches, and Florida.
The new Judical Center construction is still underway in
downtown but has had little effect on the traffic to the
antique shops, food stops, and specialty shops. There is
plenty of parking - so come on down.
The Farmers Market has started back up on Wednesday
mornings and Saturday mornings downtown. Be sure to plan
a stop for fresh foods and garden items.
May 10th the "CRUISE IN's" are back. What a great way to
drive your classic vehicle to Cadiz and let others see
your pride and joy, other dates set are June 14th, July
12th, August 9th, September 13th. For more information

The Annual "Relay For Life" celebration is slated for
May 9th and 10th at the High School track. Be sure to
visit all the tents and help in the process of finding a
cure for cancer.
