According to Stuff In Balloons, “We believe that gifting should be simple and affordable and we aim to give our customers the best possible value with every purchase. Although the company is new, the owner has over 30 years of experience as a Florist and Balloon Artist. LeAnn has been a floral and balloon designer since 1987 and has won several awards in floral design shows.”
LeAnn’s family settled in Cadiz (as many of our newcomers do), and enjoy serving the community with creative and unique designs for all occasions.
