The late John Vinson, a banker and a former mayor of Historic Cadiz, built this home circa 1930.
The residence can be found within the registry of historic homes, however every room has been updated, tastefully decorated without forfeiting that rare feeling of nostalgic charm.
All 3 bedrooms are found upstairs—a 21-step climb up the hardwood staircase (refer to photo). The fourth bedroom, located on the main level, doubles as the home’s library, with a single rollaway bed available.
Each floor features a full bathroom while the capable kitchen is very capable and equipped for cooking—from the hobbyist to the advanced culinarian. Prepared dishes need to travel no farther than the adjacent room to reach the formal dining room.
Grill Masters have a chance to flaunt their skills on the back patio & gazebo area. Guests can enjoy their grilled entrées while conversing and taking in the view, commonly spotting deer in the backyard woods.
Guest have access to the entire home except the attic, basement and owner’s closets in library. Parking available in the circle driveway only.
Easy key access. Key lock box at entrance with code entry. You will receive code prior to your check in time. Text or call me for any questions, problems or concerns. – Anita
