Woodlands Nature Station needs YOUR help to watch the bald eagles…like a hawk 🦅

The eagles are back! Winter is the best time to see bald eagles in Land Between the Lakes.

Both our year-round resident eagles and visiting winter “snowbirds” are out looking for fish around the lakes. Meet up with the Nature Station naturalists on location to discover a favorite bay or shoreline of bald eagles! The naturalists will be camped out to search for these majestic birds as they soar through the sky, perch in trees, and maybe even catch one hunting! This “open house” style event lasts for two hours, which means you can meet the naturalists and look for eagles with them at any time during the advertised time frame!
